Rotating, stepped or in a drawer

A rotating rack needs clearance to turn and remove jars. A stepped rack needs enough height to read labels. In a drawer, measure the rack with jars in place.

Your jars or a matching set

Measure your widest and tallest jar, including its lid. A matching set may require transferring spices and keeping contents and dates labeled. Similar-looking racks may include different quantities.

Before choosing

Check jar diameter, gaps between levels, the complete footprint, door or drawer opening and access without moving the front row. Follow separate care instructions for rack, jars and lids. Count the spices you actually use: more jars are not automatically more useful in a small kitchen.

Analysis of manufacturer documents, without physical testing. External dimensions do not guarantee installation or fit. Check clearances and the exact variant before buying.

30 or 40 cm cabinets: why nominal width is not enough

Nominal width identifies a cabinet family, not the clear space available. Cabinets with the same nominal size can use different panels, hinges and construction. Record nominal size separately from internal measurements.

Adjustable Separators: what to check before buying

Check both ends of the adjustment range. A maximum length greater than your drawer width does not prove that the minimum is short enough. Distinguish product length from the manufacturer’s permitted working span.
